Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us.

Please review our return and refund policy below:

Overview

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund policy last for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your jewelry purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any jewelry outside of its original packaging will NOT be accepted.

Kindly note that certain items are exempt from being returned, including personalized and custom-made jewelry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned jewelry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If issues persist, reach out to us at info@dimedivadesign.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges, like returns, will be accepted or denied on a case-by-case basis. Items must be in the original packaging and show some sort of defect. Accepted exchanges will also only be accepted for the same item unless there are none available at the time of exchange.
